I help hard workers manage their anxiety and help avoid getting burnt out by re-establishing a work/life balance. Together we'll work on finding out what hasn't been working for you. We'll identify the needs of your mind, body, and environment to help you regain that stability. I also incorporate some mindfulness and positive psychology to help you re-establish a positive relationship with yourself.
